Increase caloric expenditure by adjustable variables (frequency, intensity, time and type) for continued success Your Personal Trainer will implement program changes to keep training exciting.

Resistance Training

Redefine yourself with individualized resistance training programs specifically designed to give the proper amount of volume (effort) and intensity. Create the stimulus for building lean tissue (fat burning machinery). Your Personal Trainer will provide you with a variety of exercise programs to fit your lifestyle and your goals.

Nutritional Guidance

Develop an integrated and comprehensive approach to weight management, such as basic exercise programming and basic nutrition education. Your Trainer will explain the relationship between physical activity, nutrition and lifestyle changes. Providing basic education and support to facilitate healthy weight management and lifestyle changes.

Flexibility

Get hands-on training on how to perform proper flexibility exercises. Decreasing your chance of injury and enhancing the effectiveness of the exercise. You’ll learn proper exercise execution and technique for each of the main muscle groups. Good flexibility will help prevent age related health problems and disability.

Core Strength

Improve and maintain the strength, function and balance of the skeletal muscular system (29 muscles that attach to the spine and/or pelvis). This centrally positioned regions is also the site of your body’s center of gravity. In order for proper and safe movement to occur, this area must be strengthened. Your Personal Trainer will include the appropriate types of core exercises as part of your exercise program. These types of exercises will promote the proper foundation and stability for all other exercise and daily movement, improving joint function, posture and to prevent orthopedic injury.

All American Fitness’s Personal Trainers are Certified Professionals that will individualize every aspect of your program. Your Personal Trainer will provide continual adjustments to your program to avoid plateaus and keep you motivated, keeping you educated and updated for long term success. Our trainers are certified by the top nationally recognized certification programs. In addition to their national certification, each trainer receives training in the 6 Dimensional Training System.
