All of his life, John has had a passion for fitness and a desire to help people reach their fitness goals. He attended the Professional Fitness Trainers Association in Austin TX and USC Sports Medicine school in Riverside CA. Since then, he has continued to study and learn more about fitness and nutrition. John is NASM Certified, and looks forward to getting even more knowledge and experience as he continues following his passion.
“I have trained various people with many different goals, levels of fitness and training styles. Men, women, young and old. From the average person looking to lose weight, to athletes such as a UFC fighter, a bull rider, a road biker and a triathlon competitor. If you have the motivation to start training, I have the knowledge you need to reach your fitness goals. And if you don’t have the motivation, I can get that for you as well. I’m here to get you excited about training and help you learn as I work with you down the road to success. I use training principals such as proper form, range of motion, tempo, intensity, frequency, duration and proper resting periods in order to get my clients the best results in the shortest amount of time.
